FREE SENSUAL PRACTICE
Sensual practice is the art of paying attention to yourself in movement so that you can recognize unhelpful sensations, feelings or thoughts in order to replace them with skillful sensations, feelings and thoughts that support well-being. This is a practice of coming home to your body as you continue to move throughout your day.
With this practice you are coming into presence, into an awareness of where your body is, what your body is feeling, and what is going on in your heart/mind. This is something you can work seamlessly into your day; standing in front of an elevator, washing the dishes, or waiting in line.
