Care of self & Care for Nature are one and the same!

As spring unfurls and blooms prodigiously around us (at least in some parts of the world) how wonderful it is to report to you that Nature’s Narrative is entering university classrooms and yoga studios!

Many of us are in the process of stepping back into the work force outside our homes. Many of us have family members, friends and loved ones who are doing the same.  Click here to listen to a 10-minute meditation that you can enter into at any time of day ( ‘Look To Your Body’ ) to centre and calm yourself as you navigate these transitions.

The core realisation at Nature’s Narrative is that care of self and care for nature are one and the same. Working with Nature’s Narrative (the text) is one means of engaging and practicing this fundamental truth that is so often denied to us.

As you all know, my experience with Shingon (Vajrayana Buddhism in Japan at Yochi-in Temple on Mt. Koya) and MMTCP (Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield) have led and supported me to realise this vision of self and nature.

In addition, recently I stepped into the world of Reiki (energy healing) and am currently working with a Reiki Master who lives here in Utsunomiya (Levels One and Two).

My practices are continuous and on-going.  May we all continue to cultivate growth and as we evolve in community with ourselves and others.

This is my fervent wish for us all.

As I look back on the botanicals that I have been working with since the beginning of this year (currently ginger in the image above) from Nature’s Narrative Mandala Essence Cards (Juniper Berry, Ylang-Ylang, Clary Sage, Frankincense, Coriander and Ginger) I realise how helpful these oils, their energies and affirmations have been.

So enlivening: both kinetic and profound.

Every two weeks I post a new card (oil and affirmation) – then continue to work with that oil during the next two weeks on a consistent basis.

Please do check-in on to see my work with the oils at natures.narrative.six.elements on Instagram.

This amounts to working deeply with two different oils every month.

Building a relationship with your well-being practice is key to deepening connectivity and realisation.  We can build connectivity and realisation into our lives through mindfulness, botanicals oils, character development, attitude cultivation and critical thinking.  This is the world of Nature’s Narrative: Well-Being in Body, Speech & Mind.

This text is your temple.

There are so many modalities onto Well-Being that we can access!
